Psychotherapy

For Healthcare Workers in Ontario, Canada

Caring for others is second nature to you-but it does not have to come at the cost of your own well-being.

It feels nearly impossible to draw the line between your role as a caregiver and your own needs. Boundaries are blurry, and guilt sneaks in whenever you think of putting yourself first. The stress is constant, sometimes showing up in your body as chronic pain, fatigue, or that numb feeling that’s become too familiar. You’ve tried pushing through, but your usual coping strategies no longer seem to work.

You’ve spent so much time caring for others that it feels like there’s nothing left for you. You wake up already exhausted, move through the day on autopilot, and come home too drained to enjoy life outside of work. The caregiving heart that makes you so good at what you do never really gets to rest—it shows up everywhere: at work, with family, with friends.

you can care for yourself without guilt.

boundaries are possible without letting others down.

burnout doesn’t have to be the cost of caregiving.

joy and energy can return—to both your work and your life outside of it

You’d like to know if…

Caring for others shouldn’t mean losing yourself.

At Larô Therapy, we support healthcare workers who feel burned out, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin. Our goal is to help you feel grounded again, reconnect with your purpose, and care for yourself as deeply as you care for others.

Sessions are your space to set down what you’ve been carrying and focus on your own healing without guilt. Together, we’ll work on boundaries, self-compassion, and tools to restore your energy and well-being.

Hello! I'm Kim, a Psychotherapist specializing in Healthcare Workers. I help healthcare workers find balance, restore their energy, and reconnect with what matters most.

How it Works

Step 1

When you're ready, you can schedule either an Intake Session or a Mutual Fit Call, and we can explore whether working together would be a suitable fit.

Step 2

If we agree to work together, we can set aside a particular time slot once or twice every week that would be exclusive for you.

Step 3

We’ll have regular 50-minute sessions at the time we both agreed upon and monitor your progress continuously.
