Larô Therapy is a thriving virtual psychotherapy practice established in 2020. We provide identity-affirming psychotherapy to the Filipino diaspora and the Autistic community. As we strive to make our services accessible, we host 1-2 interns at a time so we can offer affordable mental health support. This is also how we create more capacity amongst therapists within the mental health field. We are passionate about mentoring new clinicians with a shared understanding and commitment to active allyship, anti-racism and anti-oppression work, and decolonizing and destigmatizing mental health care.

We offer the following:

Supervision by a Registered Psychotherapist who meets CRPO’s clinical supervisor criteria
Continuing education
Training in building and managing private practice
Administrative support and infrastructure
Opportunities to design and facilitate groups, trainings, workshops, and presentations
Flexible schedule
